Returns Process
-For all returns please email within 7 days of receiving your order.
-Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange, with reason why the item is being returned.
- Once your return/exchange has been approved, the secret fishing society will email you with a returns number and postal address.

Once your return is received and inspected at the head quarters of The Secret Fishing Society, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.
This applies for items that have been wrongly described, damaged and are different to the product purchased on the website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. (7 days to notify us of your return request, and 30 days to post your return from date of purchase.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

No exchange or refund on sale items.

There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense.
We suggest using Registered post with tracking as TSFS can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
